The Bajaj NS 400 has been my daily companion for the past six months and it is quite the powerhouse. The bike's 400cc triple spark, 4 valve engine delivers a robust 44 horsepower and 35 Nm of torque, which means acceleration is brisk and there’s plenty of power on tap for overtaking and high speed cruising.Handling is another high point for the NS 400, thanks to its lightweight frame and responsive suspension setup. The bike feels agile and easy to maneuver, whether on busy city roads or open highways.

the absolute best for you
It's expected to be one of the most affordable bikes in the sub-400cc segment (around Rs 1.9 - 2.0 lakh), making it a good value option . it should offer good performance with around 40 PS of power and 35 Nm of torque. Expect decent pickup and acceleration. Bajaj has a wide service network in India, so finding service stations shouldn't be an issue. Since it's a powerful engine, fuel efficiency might not be the greatest. While it will likely have good acceleration, it might not be the absolute fastest bike.

Bajaj Pulsar NS 400: The Awaited Powerhouse
The Bajaj Pulsar NS 400 is a bike that I, along with countless Indian biking aficionados, eagerly awaited. While it has not launched yet and details are based on strong speculations and leaks, the anticipation builds around its rumored 373.2 cc engine which mirrors the KTM 390 series. Expected to churn out around 43 HP and 37 Nm of torque, it promises raw power and an adrenaline filled ride.Imagining cruising through the highways outside Bangalore, the NS 400's prospects of performance and agility excite me.

Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z Pros and Cons
Pulsar NS400Z Positives Points: Value-for-money, Powerful motor offers thrilling performance, Strong brakes, Wide, upright handlebar and comfortable seat
Pulsar NS400Z Negatives Points: Engine does not feel as refined as the N series Pulsars, Suspension setup is on the stiffer side, Misses out on a radial tyre at the front
Zigwheels Expert's Conclusion : The Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z becomes the most affordable 400cc motorcycle you can buy in India in 2024. It surely is value for money considering that the motor packs a punch and offers thrilling performance. Although, there are some factors that restrict a rider from exploiting the full potential of the motorcycle. So, if a rider does have a higher budget, there are many other motorcycles to choose from.
