A Sturdy Companion with a Few Kinks

After months of research and test drives, I finally decided to go with the Isuzu Hi-Lander. With a robust 1.9 liter diesel engine that produces 163 PS of power and 360 Nm of torque, this truck has been quite a reliable road companion. It handles my frequent off road rides with ease, thanks to its impressive ground clearance and rear wheel drive setup. The fuel economy is decent, managing about 13 km/l on mixed driving conditions which is tolerable for a vehicle of its size. The interior feels a bit outdated, lacking some of the modern comforts and tech features that competitors offer at this price point.

My Journey with the Isuzu Hi-Lander: A Tale

After owning the Isuzu Hi Lander for a year, I feel compelled to share my tale. The Hi Lander, known for its powerfull 1.9L diesel engine, offers a modest output of 150HP and 350Nm of torque. It is a power packed performer that is eager to conquer rough terrains makes it a reliable companion for my adventurous getaways. The spacious cabin and practical features make every journey comfortable. The absence of an automatic transmission option is a sore point for me, as is the fuel efficiency, which could be better, considering the daily commute in busy Indian cities.

The power and torque is really amazing but the ride is not good the road bumps feels very much. The road presence and the build quality is really good but the handling of Isuzu Hi Lander is not good and there is so much body roll in this. This is a very heavy car but the gearbox is not good and the clutch is also not good. The engine performance is good and comes with many customization options but is not comfortable and the four wheel drive is missing.
