I have had fzs v3 since 2020 almost.Complete 2 years with this bike. There are some problems which i faced with this bike like overheating. When i start the bike and drive for the same distance, The bike would get hot and the performance of the bike drop and gear shifting is also tight up or downshift. The engine used to gasp at 6000 to 7000 rpm. There was also a strange sound when the bike goes hot like tik-tik from the engine.Which is irritating. When i am using motul 7100 there is no problem with bike-related starting, Performance and mileage.Gear shifting is a very smooth downshift or upshift, But i need more performance.I change from motul 7100 to motul 300v factory line 10w40 in my bike. The most important thing is the performance. The noticeable change in the bike acceleration is also changed. Then earlier when i use 7100.Gear shifting is like touching the gear shifter, And gear shift automatically up and downshifts like feather smooth gear shift.Mid and high acceleration is a noticeable increase than earlier. There is no issue with engine heat. There is no lack in the performance of the engine.Even after running for a long time. Now bike easily touch its limiter 9000 rpm and goes easily 115+kmph.There has also been an increment of about 1.5 nm torque. Before the stock was 13.6 nm torque. Now 15 nm torque is coming out. Those who drive the bike say that it is running completely different from the other fz.There is more power than 150cc.Now the bike has a 15t front sprocket in place of a 14t front stock sprocket in the bike, Even the has bike.No noticeable power drop.I am using an iridium spark plug or using xp95 petrol in the bike.

I have dark knight edition
4.2
I have dark knight edition and it looks awesome, And really premium to ride.Great handling on high speed.Yeh there is less power but it's street fighter. If you really want to feel it's power, Go on high rpm, Within seconds it will cross 50-60km/hr speed.Firing is so good like superbike.Tank panel gap issue after a year or so.Really butter smooth engine, No vibrations even at high rpm.Very good mileage upto 55-58 under economy 75km/h speed.Above it 35-45.In city easily 50 mileage.Really comfortable riding and you won't get down and just want you ride it continuously.Comfortable seat for ladies.Only for two persons.Looks like 250 cc.Low maintenance.

Daily commute
Being a owner and riding for 4months i am sharing my personal opinion: looks and style in this segment.Mileage Is 40-45 km.Good for daily commute.Handling and riding posture is great.Braking perfect, It will respond smoothly.Speed 0-60 no issue at city and highway, Above 85 mph it struggle on highway, You feel vibrations and 1 if your weight 60-75 you might feel wind factor also on highway.Rider-pillion seat perfect for 2 persons.Not1more than 2.Cons: 1) some sound observed in 0-40kmph speed in low rpm.Though service technician said it's normal in fz.But i1don't like.Compare to honda little itchy or scratchy sound observed.2) top end you will miss on highway 1 for sure.Confidence will low on highway due to 5no point mention above.3) body parts(plastic or fibre)1material should be better. If you want to buy for your daily commutes its perfect. It's good for highway and touring also but within 90 mph speed.I've traveled 300-350km(3times) in a single day within 6-7hrs without 1 facing any issue except 5 no point mention in pros.Hope this will help. This is my personal opinion. You might1differ.

Yamaha FZS-FI V3 Pros and Cons
FZS-FI V3 Positives Points: Big bike styling, features, smooth engine.
FZS-FI V3 Negatives Points: Performance isn’t up to the mark, the quality of plastics feels sub-par.
Zigwheels Expert's Conclusion : In nearly every aspect, except maybe ergonomics and braking, the Yamaha FZS-FI v3.0 fails to impress. While its motor offers better fuel efficiency compared to the previous-gen model, it lacks grunt. If you have around Rs 1 lakh to invest, you're better off with say a TVS Apache RTR 160 4V, Bajaj Pulsar NS 160 or the Suzuki Gixxer.

Not more than 2..Cons: 1) Some sound observed in 0-40kmph speed in low rpm.. Though service technician said it's normal in fz.. But I don't like.. Compare to honda little notchy or scratchhy sound observed. 2) Top end you will miss on highway for sure.
