Ajinkya Rahane, India’s batting wizard, has taken delivery of his brand new Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600, which is priced at a whopping Rs 2.96 cr (ex-showroom) before all the optional extras. The batting maestro has added another Mercedes-Benz to his garage, this time the brand’s flagship SUV which is a popular choice among bollywood celebrities.
Features of Mercedes-Benz GLS : The 2024 GLS facelift comes equipped with features such as 12.3-inch touchscreen MBUX infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, 12.3-inch digital driver’s display, connected car technology, a panoramic sunroof, a 13-speaker Burmester 3D surround sound system, MBUX entertainment screens for middle-row passengers, ambient lighting, Mercedes' AIRMATIC air suspension, power-adjustable seats, 5-zone climate control, and wireless phone charging. On the safety front, it gets 9 airbags, ABS with EBD, front and rear parking sensors, electronic stability control, a 360-degree camera, and ADAS features such as active brake assist, lane keep assist and blind spot assist.
Mercedes-Benz GLS Engine : It is offered with two engine options: a 367 PS/750 Nm 3-litre diesel engine and a 381 PS/500 Nm 3-litre petrol engine. Both the engine options are paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission and feature an all-wheel drive system. It measures 5207 mm in length, 2157 mm in width, 1823 mm in height and has a wheelbase of 3135 mm.
Mercedes-Benz GLS Rivals : It rivals the likes of the BMW X7 and is a larger 7-seater alternative to the Audi Q8 and Range Rover Sport.

A look that catches attention and a performance that remains unmatched, the Mercedes-Benz GLS car is available in India and its value begins with a fair number within the affordability range. I own the black colour of this car, which looks magnificent and stands unique. The powerful engine offers great torque that delivers a great performance. The seat is quite comfortable. I would surely recommend this to all based on my personal experience with this model, as i have also went on two trips with it hassle free.

I have been driving the Mercedes Benz GLS for six months and it is a testament to what a luxury SUV can offer. It's the largest SUV in the Mercedes lineup, with a powerful 3.0 liter V6 engine that produces 362 horsepower. Inside, it is all about luxury, with spacious seating for seven, high end materials and advanced technology features. The ride quality is exceptional all thanks to adaptive air suspension that absorbs most road imperfections. Its size, while an advantage on open roads, can be difficulty in crowded city conditions like we often find in India.

After months of research I finally took the plunge and bought the Mercedes Benz GLS and oh men, what a journey it has been. First off, stepping into the GLS feels like entering a private jet on wheels with its plush interiors and expansive features. The ride quality is so smooth thanks to the air suspension that glides over bumps as if they don't exist. With a powerful 3.0L engine pushing 362 hp, there is never a dull moment on the road.Parking can be a bit of a puzzle, requiring a more patience and skill.

Heard from a friend, about this extraordinary model, Mercedes-Benz GLS. It is a differently built car model, even has a fair deal when it comes to the price. This is a great offer which immediately set my mind into purchasing this model and so i have also bought this last month itself. It is a powerful model with good mileage an ground clearance. It has options for transmission. Look wise, it is amazingly beautiful.
