I purchased Yamaha fascino

I purchased yamaha fascino on oct 2021.Exactly on nov bike was not getting started.From nov 19 2022 to till date that is 3rd feb 2023 my bike is in service centre only.They are telling it as ec problem and they are not getting the spare.I enquired in other service centre also.They are telling the same thing that spare is unavailable.Please do not buy yamaha fascino that too especially hybrid.I purchased in chennai madipakkam bikerz showroom.

I bought Yamaha Fascino in

I bought yamaha fascino in december 2021, And its battery down in 6 months.When i approched service centre, They said it will take minimum 5-10 days to replace battery in warranty period and i have to keep scooter at service centre during this period.This was difficult for me as i have to ride 70 km to work place in my scooter everyday and there was no other travel options available.Really disappointed by yamaha's response.

Service recept

Please don't opt for yamaha bikes.Service reception is very poor and customer care center doesn't answer to the customer concerns, It is just like a repeated informatioon - look into the service manual for all service issues.Dealer/customer care informs that there is no warranty/gurantee for any parts other than engine - even for engine the warranty is valuable only if the vehicle is serviced at their authorised service centre.

It's smarter, quicker, livelier, easier to ride in city traffic and not to mention, more fuel-efficient! When you factor in the small premium you have to pay over the earlier BS6 model, the Fascino Hybrid makes a lot of sense.
