Charging Towards the Future with Mild Reservations

Diving into the world of electric vehicles I opted for the Tata Tigor EV. Its electric motor offering 74 bhp and 170 Nm of torque is smart for city driving. The real highlight is its range the Tigor EV claims a maximum of up to 306 km per charge but expect a bit less under typical driving conditions. Recharging is swift with fast charging reaching 80% in around 65 minutes. However it is not all easy. However for urban commuters the Tigor EV offers a compelling entry point into the EV space.

Good car with all features

The boot space in Tata Tigor EV is good and the interior of this compact sedan is good but get hard plastic. The rear seat is great for the two passangers not for the three and gives really great comfort and the features in this compact sedan is good but the quality in some areas could be better. The clamied range is around 315 km but the real world range i am getting is around 200 to 250 km according to the drive conditions but the power is this car is less.

Good cabin space

With the better driving experience and practical features Tata Tigor EV comes with strong build quality and high safety rating. The cabin and boot space is very decent but the driving range is not good. It comes with the automatic transmission system and look like the petrol version and the claimed range is around 315 km but the real world range is only around 220 km which is very low in the price tag. It is comfortable and supportive and gives good driving experience but it need to be some improvement.

Low Cost Electric car

It is perfect for city commutes! Expect 140-160 km on a single charge with regular driving. It's a stylish little sedan, comes in various colors. Low running cost, saves you money on fuel compared to petrol. It has Decent touchscreen infotainment system, decent boot space for a compact car. It is Not ideal for long journeys. You'll need to factor in charging stops. While the most affordable EV in India, it is a bit expensive for the range it offers.

providing a greater and better service

My brother also claimed the best budget friendly benefits in the Tata Tigor EV which is an electric four wheeler model. Besides its comfortable interior, it provides enough space for the passengers at the back and provides comfortable seating for the driver as well. I am impressed with the kinds of ride quality and level of comfort it provides. Even the handling is easy and doable, making this model flexible, overall. The powerful modern options balance the performance of this model.
