Built from 1975 to 1980, the Jaguar XJ-S had to fill in the shoes of the iconic E-Type, it never got as much attention as the E-Type but was a better GT car in terms of competence and aerodynamics. UK car modifier and replica maker Lynx modified the XJ-S coupe into a two-door, four seater estate car, and named it the Lynx Eventer. Thernmodifications to the satndard XJS included a different body kit, shifting the rear seats backward, and extending the loading bay at the back. Only 67 hand built units were built, which makes the Eventer one of the rarest and most sought after cras on the planet.
