While the Jawa 42 Bobber is based on the Perak, it is sportier and more modern. It gets a muscular fuel tank with knee recesses and a redesigned LED headlight unit and is powered by a 334cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine.
Jawa 42 Bobber Price : The Jawa 42 Bobber’s Moonstone White variant is priced at Rs 2,09,500. The Mystic Copper Spoke Wheel and Alloy Wheel variants are priced at Rs 2,12,500 and Rs 2,18,900 respectively. The Jasper Red Dual Tone Spoke Wheel and Alloy Wheel variants are available at Rs 2,15,187 and Rs 2,19,950 respectively while the Black Mirror variant gets a price tag of Rs 2,25,187 (all prices ex-showroom Delhi). The Rs 2.09 lakh price tag for the base variant makes the 42 Bobber the cheapest bobber available in India currently.
Features of Jawa 42 Bobber : It gets all LED lighting along with a circular LCD console. It also features dual channel ABS. There are switchcubes on the left switchgear for easier access of information, and the bobber comes with a USB charging port integrated on the left switchgear.
Jawa 42 Bobber Engine : The Jawa 42 Bobber is powered by an OBD-2 compliant 334cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that makes 29.9PS and 32.74Nm as the Jawa Perak. It is linked to a six-speed gearbox. As a part of the BS6.2 updates, Jawa has tuned the engine, with a larger throttle body and exhaust ports for better performance, while keeping the output figures intact. It gets a telescopic fork up and re-tuned monoshock suspension. Braking is done via 280mm front disc and a 240mm disc at the rear, with dual-channel ABS coming as standard. The bike rolls on 18 inch front and 17 inch rear spoked as well as alloy wheels, which are wrapped in 100-section and 140-section tubed tyres respectively.
