Resqtech, a Canada based company which has been offering solutions to the fire fighting industry across the world, and is also the world’s largest manufacturer of portable car washers, has now launched its range of car washers in India. The company is currently focusing on the 8-litre Manual Pump Washer and the Yellow Submersible 12V DC Washer. Both these products can be ordered online at www.reqtech.in with the company offering free shipping and ‘cash of delivery’ services.
The more affordable washer of the two is the 8-litre Manual Pump Washer. It costs Rs 1995 and its highlight is its ability to work off-line. By off-line we mean it doesn’t need electricity or running water to work making it ideal for use in flats or outdoor locations. As the name suggests, one has to build uo the pressure inside the washer by pumping it up manually. Resqtech claims its storage of 8-litres is good enough to wash two small cars or one large SUV. The 8-litre Manual Pump Washer comes with a one year warranty and Resqtech also claims that the body for the washer is made from durable plastic that will last up to seven years.
The Yellow Submersible washer is priced at Rs 4,495. Its highlight is that it is the most compact car washer on sale in India. According to Resqtech, the Yellow is small enough to fit into the glovebox of a car ensuring it doesn’t take up any space inside your house or even inside the car for that matter. The Yellow Submersible isn’t an off-line product like the 8-litre washer. It runs via the 12V power socket point in the car but even extended running of the washer won’t drain the car’s battery, says Resqtech, thanks to the efficient motor the washer uses. The washer unit has to be placed inside a bucket or tub of water as it doesn’t have any water storage of its own.
Both the 8-litre Manual Pump Washer and the Yellow Submersible 12V DC Washer come with one year warranty each and Resqtech promises complete after-sales support and spare parts availability for these products in India. If your still are wondering whether these products are effective and worth investing in, watch this space because a full review on the washers will be live soon.
