Ola S1 X Service User Reviews

This is a good scooter to drive.However, It experiences frequent breakdowns.I experiences faulty buttons within 03 days.Getting through to customer care is a nightmare.Booking for all service centres are full and there is significant waiting time.What's the point of owning a scooter which takes 10-15 days to repair (being optimistic) even for emergency breakdowns.Quite frustrated and disappointed.I am able to manage the long breakdown time as i already have two other cars at my disposal.

Once I tried this scooter , The S1 X is a head-turner for sure. It has sleek, modern, and has bunch of cool colors. This scooter is zippy! The pickup is great, and it handles city traffic with ease. It has top speed of 90 kmph, it's perfect for daily commutes. The seat is comfy for most riders, and the suspension does a good job. The S1 X is competitively priced, It's a good value for the money. Ola's service availability might be limited in some areas. Overall it is a good vehicle .

Its very smooth and steady and comfortable vehicle.Head light is to be improved.Regarding service it should be pick up and delivery to the point.One more road side assistance to be provided for emergency.

I took 1 month back and very bad.Getting off suddenly in middle of road multiple times.Visited service multiple times.Not fixed.Please don't go for it.Its fraud.I got bp because of this.

Ola scooty feature and price is good only service is very bed.Agar ek bar bhi kharb ho gyi to service center par jane ka pata h par repair ho kar kab ayegi koi ata pta nhi.Tan man dhan se rula degi.
