I recently test-drove the Toyota Hyryder from Bangalore to Mysore. While its fuel efficiency impressed me on the highway, boasting 16 km/l, city driving dropped it to 12 km/l. The comfort level is decent for a family of four, with ample legroom. However, its sluggish acceleration disappointed me, lacking the punch I expected. Despite this, its all-wheel drive ensured stability, especially during monsoon travels. Overall, the Hyryder suits long drives but falls short in urban traffic. My friend in Chennai just purchased one and loves its spacious interior for his family of five.
