JijoMalayil I think the updated Pulsar 150 will be priced between 75-80 grand. Since the current price is around INR 72,710 ex-showroom Delhi, expect an increase in price due to the engine tweaks.

[QUOTE_NODE]"Originally posted by Praveen" I wish they resurrect the naked styling of the first generation Pulsar. The one with the round headlights. If Bajaj manages to 'modernise' that design and implement it on the Pulsar 150 and 180, I think it would give the bikes their own identity instead of being clones of 200 NS. [/QUOTE_NODE] As you mentioned, I would love if Bajaj bought that first-gen Pulsar styling back. I used to own that bike and it looked classic. Few reports suggest that the updated Pulsars will be launched in a few weeks, maybe before the VS400. Bajaj will surely price it very aggressively, 150 NS around Rs 70,000- 75,000?

Bajaj is likely to launch updated versions of Pulsar series (150, 180 and 220) by the end of this year. The updates are likely to be in the form of BS 4 compliant engine and the inclusion of CBS/ ABS units. The new engines are likely to make marginally more power and will probably be more fuel efficient as well. We could also expect 150NS to be launched in India soon. Here are some of the spy shots of 150 NS and 180 NS from Rushlane: However, both the 150 and 180 NS look similar to the 200 NS. I wish they resurrect the naked styling of the first generation Pulsar. The one with the round headlights. If Bajaj manages to 'modernise' that design and implement it on the Pulsar 150 and 180, I think it would give the bikes their own identity instead of being clones of 200 NS. Rants aside, the Pulsar 220F is also likely to get an update in the form of mono shock suspension, CBS and/or ABS. Since the ABS rule is going to be implemented soon (April 2017 for new bikes and April 2018 for existing models), expect Bajaj to bring up bikes well equipped with safety features. The launch of the updated Pulsar will probably be shortly after the launch of VS 400, around November-December.
