Here, [B][I]more charging points[/I][/B] refers to having charging points at various places in Pune, so that you can charge the bike on the go, much like a petrol pump. So if you're on the road, and are running out of power, you can go to the nearest station and get it charged. It's only when they set up this infrastructure, that people will consider getting an electric bike.
