They are one of the top sellers and have a very large service network. The experience would differ from dealer to dealer, and you may find exceptions , but in general Honda is known for better after sales service. Comparatively Suzuki's network is quite limited.

I have seen a number of people riding brand new V15's. The USP of this bike is the style. Despite being a commuter, it looks nice. Also, the low saddle height makes it an alluring option for shorter riders. But yeah, I have heard about bad service quality, complaints about uncooperative staff and such. Bajaj needs to vet their staff properly before they let them handle the customers. A cheap bike shouldn't warrant cheap customer service, right..
