The Austrian manufacturer has been playing aggressively in the Indian two-wheeler market by constantly updating their bikes, making them even more competitive. According to KTM's official Indian website the rider's seat also gets 12mm thicker cushioning and the new RC engine gets a balancer shaft, same as the 2017 390 Duke. Switchable ABS and slipper clutch have been carried over to the 2017 edition. The bigger news is, Rajiv Bajaj has confirmed that the KTM Adventure will come to India, in time. The design of the 390 Adventure has already been finalised. That means it's only a matter of time before the bike is launched. Bajaj has also confirmed that the Husqvarna brand will enter India soon. In a bid to penetrate deeper into the budget performance market, KTM plans to expand the number of dealerships across India, from 325 to 450 showrooms by March 2018.
