I think Bajaj is getting serious, these are now very attractive upgrades or good options for the occasional Sunday biking trips !!!

The 2017 iteration of Bajaj's most powerful Pulsar twins- the RS 200 and the NS 200 have been launched in India. For starters, the two bikes are now BS 4 compliant and the pricing for the RS 200 starts at INR 1,21,881, ex-showroom Delhi for the non-ABS version while the ABS (single-channel) variant is priced at INR 1,33,883, ex-showroom, Delhi. The Pulsar NS 200, on the other hand, is priced at INR 96,453, ex-showroom Delhi. Nothing much has changed mechanically in the Pulsar twins apart from the BS 4 compliance. The Pulsar RS 200 gets new paint schemes- Racing Blue and Graphite Black. The Pulsar NS 200 comes with three new colours- Graphite Black, Mirage White and Wild Red. The bike also gets a new belly pan which matches with the paint scheme with the bike. Unfortunately, the NS 200 doesn't get fuel injection and there's no ABS either. Oddly, the pricing of the RS 200 is really close to the pricing of the Dominar 400. Sure the Dominar 400 doesn't have the sporty credentials of the RS, but if you think about it, just spending 15-20 grand more will give you a more powerful bike with much better features overall! What do you guys think?
