My pride and joy. The constant love. I bought my bike on the 24th May'13, with the sole intention of taking it to Pune with me for college use. 3 years and 18000 kms later, I couldn't have been happier with my choice of wheels. Given the traffic scenario in Pune, one cannot drive a car without pulling his hair out! The traffic is annoying as 70% of the city uses 2-wheelers and its rather impossible to navigate your way around in a 4-wheeler. It's been a worthy companion all through my college years. My love & I have traveled through most parts of Maharashtra and Goa. Here are some of the trip that I've undertaken 1. Pune - Mumbai - Pune 2. Pune - Lavassa - Pune 3. Pune - Goa - Pune 4. Pune - Nasik - Pune The Pune - Goa trip was the most memorable one. I joined a pack of riders who were on their way to go Goa from Delhi. This bunch also included my 40 year old uncle who was the most enthusiastic about it. More details of this will be put in the travelogue section One of the few times that I was sad when during my ownership of this beauty was when a friend of mine met with a bad accident on the Mumbai-Pune highway. That month was by far the most stressful time I had. My dear little bike was badly injured ): However, after it was back, it rode better than ever, The engine was smooth as silk as I then replaced the stock air filter with a K&N replacement, it provided me with a cleaner flow of air and hence a smoother overall drive. My bike lived happily ever after, with it's older twin sibling :D
