Hi all, Vikrant V15 is indeed very good and worth enjoying the pleasure of commuter cruiser feel. Its shorter gear ratio is ideal for city traffic, rides butter smooth like an auto-geared scooter on high gears and no need to downshift often. If you were used to driving most 150cc bikes to start with V15 short gear ratio and long stroke engine will surprise you. Once you get accustomed to that pattern you are dwelling into pure torque and pleasant grunt of the engine. Except for the excessive gum they used for protecting the engine case and the V15 badge from dents or scratches during transit from factory to showroom, everything else is clean and a flowing design. These gummy stickiness, goes off once your showroom guys/service centers clean it off. I have never had any oil leak or spillage, no piston sound as some have stated. May be they are copying someone else's experience than writing genuine review. I also have not had the engine grunt change or any chain noise whatsoever. Also the handle bar is very well weighted so you never get any vibration to your hands. Also there is absolutely no vibration when you cruise be it in slow speeds or high speed cruising. There is absolutely no range where it vibrates be it 55 or 70 or 80 or 109 I peak at. Definitely atleast the 2018 powered up version V15 doesn't have any such issue. I also like the powerful 55-60V car grade headlamp brightness. Shocks are also very good and absorb all the potholes to make the feel pleasurable. There is no way you develop a back ache riding this vehicle. The back wheel is 16" and front is 18" so the rider is comfortable positioned in upright position. The pillor with the new backrest instead of crowl gets the pleasure to sit back rest on the backrest and feel the breeze pleasurably. The missing items are the turn buzzers, tachometer and trip meter. Also the Flying B logo in blue is not visible in sunlight. The visor could have been a little high to act as sunshade to make the logo visible. Apart from that there are absolutely no complaints. The bikes horn is really sharp and clear no need to have dual horns. To me there are a million Pulsars out there, V15 with the Navy heritage makes a very high patriotic feel, go for it if you want a different and new look with distinct chrome accents. It really is a differentiator with the same quality proven DTSi engine.
