Auto Expo 2016 : DSK Benelli Unveils 4 Bikes

The DSK Benelli stall was packed with some gorgeous beauties. They have showcased their entire range of bikes in India, along with 4 prospective models, which are to be launched within this calendar year.

The first of these is the Tornado 300, which is a 300 cc bike well suited for the Indian market and to go up against the likes of the Ninja 300 and the upcoming TVS GS310R. This bike sports a in-line 2 cylinder 300 cc engine.

2nd Bike in their line-up is the BX 250, which is the off-road motard. This bike would create a new segment in the Indian market as nothing like this exists yet.

The last, but not the least, thee much awaited TRK 502. This bike is set to redefine the way Indians look at tourers. Currently, the Triumph TIger enjoys a dominant position in this market, but Benelli is all set to change that. With the 502, pricing will be key to determine how it does in the market.

Yes Dikebou, the Benelli's are quite a looker. As far as the sound is concerned, I've heard the TNT 300 and and the TNT GT in action and boy do they sound good. As for the double disc brakes you were talking about, they are much needed in powerful bikes like these.

DSK Motowheels’ Benelli entered the Indian market last March. They recently announced that they have sold more than 3000 units, with TNT 600i being the fastest selling bike for the brand with 1,000 units sold already. And Benelli has confirmed the launch of 302R and TRK 502 in India before April 2017.
