It totally depends on what you are requirement are like how many seats do you need, what body type are you looking for and how much you plan on driving every month. Give us your requirements and I'm sure our members will be able to help you out.

      • I recently bought a Vitara Breeza LDi (O), and really happy with it. It's just the back seat which has no headrests that worries me. I don't know why Maruti did not put a head rest into the back seat. It's so uncomfortable for my family. Is there anyone who can help me with this, or is there anyway I can insert headrests into the rear seat. Please help.

• Gavin, I think it should be possible to swap the backrest in your car for the one from the top-end ZDi model that gets adjustable headrests. Other than that I do not know of any other way of installing headrests on the seat. The Vitara Brezza's rear seats are not the greatest in the segment to start with, they are pretty rock hard and lack under thigh support. During out road test, I was constantly complaining about how bad the ride quality and seat comfort were at the back and had a back pain for the next couple of days.

          • CorsaVeloce I test drove the Figo Titanium Petrol over the weekend: Here are some observations: The cabin space (both front and back) are super spacious compared to the Swift I currently drive. The TD car was Nov-2015 manufactured. So more than a year old. The engine response/performance seems good for city/occasional long drives. The steering felt like butter and provided good feedback. The consultant deliberately took me over a rough patch to get a good feel of the suspension. It was a lot more comfortable than the Swift :P I found the gearbox harder than my Swift. And also the clutch was a bit hard. Will this be the case for a new Figo too? I think it should not be. Can any Figo owners clarify please? Now regarding Tiago XZA: Want to test drive but TD car will be available only around the end of March at the nearest Tata showroom. The consultant asked me to book the Tiago right now and then confirm or cancel the booking based on the test drive. My better-half is concerned about Tata service reliability. Similar query here too: Want to know recent service experience with Tata from owners. Thanks in advance friends!

[/QUOTE_NODE] In that budget, there is the Maruti Celerio AMT, Tata Tiago AMT and the Hyundai Grand i10 Auto (exceeds the given budget). Can you elaborate a little further on your requirements, which will help us to narrow it down.

Are you going for the petrol variants? If you necessarily don't need higher ground clearance and pseudo-SUV looks, the Baleno still looks like the better value-for-money product out there.

                          • Hi, my father is looking to buy a new car. The only criteria he has is that it should have a smooth ride and should be the least bumpy. It will be a chauffeur driven car for the most part. He frequently travels to remote parts in Maharashtra where the roads are not very good (ground clearance may not necessarily be an issue. However, the roads are severely potholed to the extent that some parts don't feel like the road at all.
My current choice is the Land Rover Discovery Sport, however, people have told me that luxury sedans like the E-class might be more comfortable (Is this true even for bad roads?). Kindly advice. I am open to any suggestion or make of the car.

                              3) Nissan Terrano. Which is the best option?

                              • Rohan_Shigvan These cars are from different segments. All of them have their sets of pros and cons. Please specify your usage and requirement so that we can suggest better.
I know a lot about cars, man. I can look at any car's headlights and tell you exactly which way it's coming.
