Maruti has finally taken the wraps off the most-awaited compact SUV from their stable - Vitara Brezza. This car has been one of the most awaited cars of this year.

The Vitara Brezza comes with driver's airbag as standard. Higher variants get a front passenger one as well. ABS will be offered as an option right from the base trim onwards and will come as standard on ZDI and ZDI+ variants. The base variant of the Vitara Brezza also undercuts the once popular Ford EcoSport by Rs 40,000. The Vitara Brezza will be available in eight colours and the top end ZDI+ version gets a dual tone paint job as well. I quite like the way Maruti has taken up the mantle of introducing fresh colors. This should do well with the younger generation.

Overall, it is a well rounded package and should appeal to all those looking to upgrade from a hatch or looking for a better value for money proposition than some of the mid size sedans.
