Hyundai Eon (Sportz) Vs. Maruti Alto K10 (VXI)

I want to buy a car and have shortlisted these two - Hyundai Eon Sportz or the Maruti Alto K10 vxi(o). Which one is better to buy ? Please suggest.

RAJIB84 Between these two cars, the Alto is more refined and spacious, as well as more efficient. The true competitor of the Hyundai Eon is the Alto 800 and the K10 falls in a segment slightly above and is a bigger car. What is your everyday travelling distance? Do you plan to use the car on the highway as well?

The Hyundai Eon Sportz may have slightly better interiors compared to the Alto K10, but on all other counts the Alto K10 is better. Especially if you love driving, you will enjoy the Alto K10 more. It has a 1 litre engine that puts out 68 bhp of power and 90 Nm of torque, compared to 54 bhp from the Eon. The K10 is also a good handling car, making it a pleasure to drive. Looks are subjective. I'm not a really a fan of the new looks of the Alto K10, but then looks are a personal preference. Fuel efficiency too, the K10 is better.
