• Is Hyundai Grand i10 worth a BUY?

I am looking for a hatchback car with a budget of Rs 6 lakh. Also, I want a satisfactory service from the company also.

Amit_bahreja Grand i10 is a very comfortable car. The 1.2-litre petrol motor is a good performer and is very refined. Features list and the ride quality is good. The Hyundai service experience is good and is on the economical side. Have you test driven the car? Plus the Grand i10 facelift is slated to make it to India soon, so you can extract a healthy discount with the current model. I would also suggest you take a look at the Tata Tiago, which comes across a great value for money proposition in that segment (after-sales service is still a concern for Tata cars, but they have improved a lot over the years). Do check suyog's ownership experience with the Hyundai Grand i10. And here is the detailed review of the Tata Tiago.

Amit_bahreja Grand i10 is definnitely worth that money and I am not saying just because I have bought one ! Especially with current offers , its great package. But if you can wait for facelift (Jan 2017 ???) , that will make you feel better. Also I feel Hyundai will include safety features (Dual Airbags, ABS) as standard in lower variants. As of now, check Ford Figo Titanium. You can check Toyota Etios Liva and VW Polo , both have Dual Airbags, ABS Standard now in all variants.

JijoMalayil I went through your ownership experience and I have also checked not only tiago but also Figo and Brio. But at the end I was stucked between GRAND i10 and Tiago. The only thing that didn't allow me to buy Tiago was their after sales service in which Hyundai is much more better. Thank you for your guidance

amit_bahreja It surely worth every peny of your money, the after sales experience with Hyundai is fuss free, the interior quality is best in segment. I too own a peppy 1.2L petrol motor grand i10. I'm very satisfied with the motor. Its very revv happy. You'll always like to push it, it sounds great over 4500 rpm. Very fun to drive. Go ahead with grand i10
