Just saw a VW Polo sporting a decal saying 'Flame ON' on the rear glass (Fantastic Four reference I suppose). I have stickered my car as well but of them all, this is something everyone will agree to give a miss. You don't want your car to flame on, literally . Was driving so couldn't click a picture.

JOY hahaha. One of my friend's dad in Trivandrum still has one of these. It's blue one with the round headlights (I think it was a 1996 model). I remeber going to Allepey in it once. All the kids (four of us) sat in the boot and were playing cards while the parents sat in the front. One of the best road trip memories ever. I wonder why in the movies the baddies always used the Omni.

I wish this were true. Then I'd have a blue Lamborghini Diablo SV, a blue Mercedes SL500, a grey Mercedes CLR Le Man racecar, a Jeepster, a red Ferrari F40 and more. I miss my Hot Wheels and Maisto collection so much now. My little brother destroyed most of them while he was growing up and I was in college :x

These are traffic signs put up all over Sangli-Miraj city. I clicked this photo on a recent trip to Sangli. Funny part is, these are official signs, not just some random person putting up boards. It is the Regional Transport Authority that has drafted and published the standard format for these signs.

And it's amazing how they themselves don't bother to put up the correct signs. I doubt anyone will be caught in a place like Sangli for going over speed limit, but essentially these signs can easily be considered to be inadmissible!

I have a problem when i sit in the opposite facing row in the omni E(eight seat) . I threw up after a few km's. the image of the scenery going backwards in speed tends to knock me off :P BTW The baddies now have migrated to TATA Sumo's and Scorpio's (Super MOD Kindly excuse)
