  • Car/Bike TV/Video Advertisements - Post the ones you like!

We could use this thread to post good video advertisements of cars and bikes - if you guys want, no pressure. The reason could be just for the music (as is the case with the video I am about to post), or the visualisation (which is not bad for most car ads nowadays), or the theme, or the car itself. I just wanted to do a quick post - anyway.

So, I rarely discover music by myself - as in I don't follow artists/bands, or specific websites etc. etc. to get my music. Most of my collection (a big chunk of which I loose regularly) is thanks to my friends, random videos I watch online and lastly (and least-ly) radio. There's this song, Breathe, by Telepopmusik - which was released in 2002, which I love. The funny part is I came to know that song belonged to the group only today!

I was introduced to this beautiful song by NikilSJ, most probably during one of our get-together sessions. The first reason why I fell in love with the song was because of the video it featured in - it had a very beautiful girl in it -

But the song - isn't it good?

So I was listening to it on repeat (open a song on youtube - replace 'youtube' on the link with 'listenonrepeat' and voila!), and i decided to check who the song belonged to - and

Anyway, one more interesting thing I also found was that the song was also used by Mitsubishi to promote the first-gen (2001-2008) Outlander in the US. Check out the video below -

Not a big fan of the content of the video - it is the generic 'buy this car and you will live happily ever after bullcrap'. But that song - that makes it endearing, IMO.

Continue this thread if you want to - I would love to see advertisements which you like. Cheers!
    Be nice

    What speeding does:

Here's a video by spokes.com.au and Transport Accident Commission (TAC) on the effects of speeding. The rider is doing 68 in a 60 kph zone and despite the small difference in speed, what happens next will make you realize what physics does. Check it out:

Heavy Australian accent apart, this video indeed drives home the point how dangerous speeding can be. Moreover, it is hard to see bikers, making them even more susceptible to accidents.

This is what happens when an American oil company posts an advertisement with an American Muscle car doing very American things:
      Hint: HEL(I)LCAT!!!!!

Watch till the end of the video. EPIC!

Nikhil Kalra that's a brilliant ad. What they say at the end makes sense too. No point having a car that'll do 0-100 in 3 seconds in the city really. You just need something that can get away from the lights as quickly as possible instead of getting stuck behind other vehicles (driven by idiots most often )
