Yup JijoMalayil . Lets hope they price it neck to neck with the Hyundai Creta. Stressing on the 'sunroof' again. I know people who had bought the i20 (prev gen) for almost 9 Lakhs just for the sunroof !

              Update: New Toyota Innova
Toyota’s Indian subsidiary, Toyota Kirloskar Motor, is likely to call the all-new Toyota Innova as the Innova Crysta here, states a report on India Today. The Toyota Innova Crysta will be unveiled at the Auto Expo 2016 next week.

The Innova Crysta is likely to be sold alongside the current-gen Innova in India. The al-new Toyota Innova Crysta is based on an all-new ladder frame platform and is likely to be powered by a new 2.4-litre GD diesel engine . Some reports online say that the Innova could also be offered with a 2.0-litre Dual VVT-i petrol engine to circumvent the Supreme Court’s ban on diesel motors with engine capacity above 2,000cc.

The diesel engine puts out a claimed peak power of 149PS and 342Nm of torque. The 2.0-litre petrol motor on the other hand churns out 139PS and 187Nm of torque. Both motors will be mated to either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission. In terms of features, the new Innova Crysta is expected to get projector headlamps, keyless entry and go, touchscreen infotainment system, alloy wheels, multi-function steering wheel and alloy wheels. The Innova Crysta will be available in both 7-seater and 8-seater configuration. For more details on the all-new Toyota Innova Crysta, click here.

Mahindra & Mahindra recently released a sketch of a new concept called the XUV Aero which is likely to be the company’s future flagship. The XUV Aero concept is an SUV with the stance of a coupe much like the BMW X6 and Merc’s GLE Coupe.
From the sketches, it is evident that the concept will get a sloping roofline, prominent lines on the side and several creases in true Mahindra style. Upright tail lamps and chunky bumpers give the SUV an aggressive stance. The concept is likely to be showcased at the Auto Expo 2016 next week.
The concept, designed by the company’s Indian design team, is surely going to be a hit in ‘my car is bigger than yours’ market here.

Here's a rendering of what the production version could look like from the chaps at Indianautosblog.com
