Vespa RED 125

Piaggio showcased the entire range of the BS6-compliant Vespa scooters at Auto Expo 2020. For 2020, the new scooters get an LED headlamp. Vespa will launch the scooters in the second quarter of 2020.

The Vespa Red is a special edition scooter where part of the proceeds from the sales of the scooter are donated to the Red foundation, a worldwide charity organisation. It gets a red paint scheme with red wheels.

The new scooters carry forward the BS6 compliant fuel-injected 125cc motor. It delivers9.65PS and 9.9Nm of torque and comes with a CVT transmission.

The scooters continue to use the same features and underpinnings as before. It gets a monocoque steel bodywork with suspension setup comprising of trailing link front and a monoshock rear. Braking is via a front disc and rear drum with combined braking as standard.
