Motor: The BYD Sealion 7 offers two comes in a 82.56 kWh pack with a choice of two variants with a rear-wheel and an all-wheel-drive setup. The former produces 313 PS and 380 Nm, while the latter generates 530 PS and 690 Nm. The range of the Premium is rated at 567 km and the Performance variant delivers a range of 542 km, depending on the battery pack.

Rivals: The BYD Sealion 7 competes with the Hyundai Ioprniq 5 and serves as a more affordable alternative to the Kia EV6.

The BYD Sealion 7 has been unveiled in India at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. It has opened the bookings of the electric SUV with deliveries starting on 7 March, 2025.
