Design: The Hero Xtreme 250R is based upon the X2.5R Xtunt concept motorcycle which was first displayed at the 2024 EICMA motorshow. The motorcycle gets an angular LED headlight and gold-coloured fork upfront, a sculpted tank with aggressive extensions, a split-seat setup from the side and a raised tail section at the rear. The handlebar is wide and straight which should translate to a commanding riding posture with a slight hint of sportiness. The bike is available in 3 colour options: Yellow, Black and Red.

Features: The Hero Xtreme 250R gets an all-new digital display which supports smartphone connectivity, gets riding modes, traction control, dual-channel ABS, USB charging port and all-LED lighting.

Engine: The Hero Xtreme 250R gets a new 250cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine which makes 30PS and 25Nm, and is paired to a 6-speed gearbox.

Suspension, Brakes & Other Details: The Xtreme 250R, gets steel trellis frame, a telescopic inverted fork and a pre-load adjustable monoshock. It gets a 320mm petal disc brake at the front and a 230mm petal disc at the rear which are mounted on 17-inch alloy wheels. The motorcycle has an accessible seat height of 806mm, a generous ground clearance of 167mm and weighs in at 167.7kb kerb.

Rivals: The Hero Xtreme 250R goes against the Triumph Speed T4, KTM 250 Duke and the Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 in India.
