Hyundai Creta EV

Hyundai Creta EV is all-set to be launched in India on 17 January, 2025 at the forthcoming Bharat Mobility Global Expo. In terms of design and dimensions, the Creta EV is expected to be equivalent to the on-sale Creta, but with a few different design elements that will create a distinction between the two. Similarly, the interior of the upcoming Creta EV will also resemble its combustion-powered counterpart. While the powertrain details are scarce at the moment, expect Hyundai’s electric SUV to get multiple battery pack options with a single-motor setup, and a claimed range of over 400 km. Notably, the new Hyundai Creta EV’s prices are likely to start from Rs 20 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Hyundai Creta is one of Hyundai’s highest-selling cars in India and the Creta EV is the electric version of this popular compact SUV. It joins the Hyundai Kona EV and Ioniq 5 in Hyundai’s range of electric cars for India and promises to deliver all the values that made the Creta petrol and diesel crowd-favourites with an electric flavour.
