We came across an insane Mahindra Mojo built by MotoDoc customs, at India Bike Week 2024. It combines parts from many bikes including the Royal Enfield Himalayan 411 and the Hero Xpulse 200 4V. The modifications have turned it into the ultimate Dakar-style rally bike.
The bike has undergone a lot of changes to the design and its underpinnings. The first change is the addition of a new headlight setup. It feature a vertically stacked LED projector headlight setup and a rally tower. The rally tower was built in-house by MotoDoc.
To make the bike more capable off-road, it has seen the addition of a new suspension setup. The stock front fork has been replaced by the one from the Himalayan 411. The monoshock is the same as the one used on the Hero XPulse 200 4V.
To mount the taller fork, MotoDoc has used custom built-aluminum adapters. These adapters are usually used when modifying KTM 390 Adventures. Other changes include a new two-in-one exhaust setup to reduce weight.
Coming to the engine, to extract more performance out of the bike MotoDoc has made a couple of changes. The first of which is the addition of a new air filter from Mantra Racing. Along with this, the stock spark plugs have been replaced with iridium ones.
Lastly, the bike has also seen the addition of a new fuel injection system. This was done to fix the lag in the throttle response. The bike now gets a FuelX Pro system from PowerTRONIC. This new fuel injection system promises to improve the bike’s rideability and reduce throttle jerkiness.
Overall, this build was quite an insane one and at first, it looked like a modified Royal Enfield Himalayan rally bike. The styling is done very well and the bike just manages to capture the rugged look of a Dakar-style rally bike.
