Mahindra XUV 3XO

Mahindra has launched the XUV 3XO from Rs 7.49 lakh (ex-showroom). It’s basically the facelifted XUV300, packing in a new design and an upgraded cabin with new features and segment-first panoramic sunroof. It now also level-2 ADAS and a 6-speed torque converter for the petrol variants

The upgraded XUV 3XO is offered in multiple variants and 3 engine options. It will enter the fiercely competitive segment, but with a new feature-loaded cabin and multiple engine options, it will be a more desirable product and bring a tougher fight to its rivals.

Features of Mahindra XUV 3XO : The features list includes a floating 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, panoramic sunroof, 7-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, dual-zone climate control, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, wireless phone charger and rear AC vents. In terms of safety, it gets 6 airbags, Level-2 ADAS, 360-degree camera, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, 3-point seatbelts with reminder for all occupants, and ISOFIX child seat mounts.

Mahindra XUV 3XO Engine : The XUV 3XO gets a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine generating 110 PS, a 1.2-litre T-GDI turbo-petrol engine producing 130 PS, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine making 117 PS. These engine options can be paired with either a standard 6-speed manual, an optional 6-speed torque converter for the petrol and 6-speed AMT for the diesel. It has an ARAI claimed mileage of 20.1 kmpl for the manual and 18.2 kmpl for the 6-speed AT variant of the 1.2-litre T-GDI turbo-petrol variant, 18.89 kmpl for the manual and 17.96 kmpl for the 6-speed AT variant of 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine and 20.6 kmpl for the manual and 21.2 kmpl for the AMT variant of the 1.5-litre diesel engine. It measures a length of 3990 mm, width of 1821 mm, height of 1647 mm (with roof rails) and a wheelbase of 2600 mm.

Mahindra XUV 3XO Rivals : The Mahindra XUV 3XO will lock horns with models such as the Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon and Maruti Suzuki Brezza.

Mahindra XUV 3XO Variants : The XUV 3XO is offered in 9 broad trims and 8 colour options to choose from. The variants are are as follows: MX1, MX2, MX3 Pro, MX3, MX3 Pro, AX5, AX5 L, AX7 and AX7 L. The colour options include: Red, Yellow, White, Green, Grey, Black, Beige and Blue
