Upcoming Bike And Scooter Launches In India: May 2024

April 2024 was quite an exciting month and we got to see a lot of new launches. We expect May 2024 to be just as exciting and here’s a list of all the bikes and scooters we believe will be launched this month. We have everything from a more affordable electric scooter variant to powerful streetfighters.

Bajaj Pulsar NS400

Bajaj is set to launch the Bajaj Pulsar NS400 on May 3, 2024. The bike will be the biggest Pulsar bike till date and Bajaj has been teasing it a lot. Additionally we also got to see some interesting spy shots of the bike surface online and they have revealed quite a bit about the bike.

2024 Husqvarna Svartpilen 250

The other streetfighter we expect to be launched this month is the 2024 Husqvarna Svartpilen 250. The bike had been homologated recently so it is likely to be launched soon, we expect it to happen this month.

Husqvarna had launched the Svartpilen 401 and the Vitpilen 250 recently, but the brand had first entered India with the Svartpilen 250 and Vitpilen 250, so it doesn’t make sense not to bring the updated Svartpilen 250.

Hero Xoom 125 And Xoom 160

Hero had unveiled two of their upcoming scooters at EICMA 2023, the Hero Xoom 125R and the Hero Xoom 160. The Xoom 125R is a sporty 125cc commuter scooter, whereas the Hero Xoom 160 is more of a maxi-style scooter. We expect both to be launched this month.

New Bajaj Chetak Variant

Bajaj has been working on a new variant of the Bajaj Chetak. This one will be more affordable and geared towards budget buyers. Recently spy shots of the scooter surfaced online and the images were quite clear. It has revealed quite a bit about the scooter and what we can expect in terms of features.

Okaya Ferrato Disruptor

Okaya has been working on entering the premium electric bike segment, and for this they have created a new brand dubbed Ferrato. Their first electric bike is the Okaya Ferrato Disruptor and it will likely be launched this month. The pre-bookings for the same have already begun via the brand’s official website.
