Having been riding the Yamaha FZS-FI V4 for the past year, this bike has brought about certain improvements and a couple of familiar setbacks. With its new 149cc BS6 engine, the performance is reliable, offering a power of 12 PS suitable for city commutes and occasional spirited riding.The design updates in the V4 are definitely a highlight, with a more aerodynamic shape and contemporary graphics.Despite these positives, I still find the bike’s gearbox a bit clunky, especially during downshifts.And while the upgrades are visually pleasing, they come with a slight increase in the price which might not justify the enhancements for everyone.

This bike has exceeded all my expectations making me feel proud with its visually striking design and admirable performance. Its beefy 149cc engine is reliable providing an outstandingly smooth ride. The bike solid build quality super handling and cornering ability are commendable. I was really impressed with its comfort level and responsive braking system. The 5 speed gearbox and fuel injected engine contributed majorly to the smooth powerful rides. The superb fuel efficiency and affordability factor make it an excellent choice for riders on a budget.
