About Audi Q3 2015-2020

For the young, enthusiastic, and affluent customers, Audi Q3 is a perfect choice priced in the range of Rs 33.4-41.54 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). This young SUV comes with stylish exteriors highlighted by sleek headlamps and tight body shell. The overall design is very fluid and we especially like the way roof dropdowns to the rear. Inside the cabin, the Audi Q3 is capable of seating 5 persons in comfort and comes with feature like cruise control, rear parking sensors in addition to featuring 460 litres of boot space. The Q3 is powered by a 150PS 2.0-liter diesel engine and a 150PS 1.4-liter petrol motor mated to 7-speed and 6-speed automatic transmission respectively. The prospective buyers can also opt for the all-wheel-drive model table in the diesel guise. In the Indian market, Audi Q3 is competing against the rivals like BMW X1 and Mercedes GLA class among others.

Audi Q3 2015-2020 Overview

Audi has added a ‘Design Edition’ to the Q3’s variant list. The new variant is based on the Premium Plus variant and costs Rs 1.08 lakh more. Added features include Nappa leather upholstery, clear-lens tail lamps, some decals and LED puddle lamps. Notably, the Design Edition is available with the 35 TDI engine only. The 2.0-litre diesel engine makes 184PS of power and 380Nm of torque and is paired with a 7-speed automatic transmission. We’d recommend skipping the Design Edition and picking the Technology variant instead. That’s because basic features such as a reverse parking camera, a coloured MID (multi-information display) and in-built navigation are missing.

Better screen, 19 inch alloy wheels, drive modes, Except for ventilated seats, it has everything packed in a very very affordable price(approx 50 plus on raod) can someone tell me what does gla or even x3 has to offer??Awd is the biggest differentiation.

  • Both are at par with eachother! Engine and gearbox of Q3 is better, whereas the interiors and boot of X1 is marginally better, I feel. Steering too is a lot lighter in Q3!.
