I have been using avera retrosa for 2 years.I have only bad comments to say.Since the day i bought the1vehicle, The battery has been a complaint.The vehicle has left the middle of the road many times.I lost my1dignity and health by pushing the vehicle on the public road.I bought the vehicle saying that the battery has1a 3-year warranty.But despite contacting the showroom many times, My problem was not solved.Please, No one1should buy this.
It's nice actually i was not happy when my parents are used to buy it for me but after that the savings i found that was huge.I prefer everyone to get e bikes instead of other.
I purchased 10 months back very bad and faulty manufacturing, Battery & charger also faulty, No after sales service.West of money don't buy avera retrosa.Please please.

Don't buy this scooter. Their service is very bad. After 1 year, the scooter shows a lot of problems, first there were i...read moressues with the motor , then the battery and then the charger , it almost been a month I didn't get my charger repaired nor did they provide with a charger which I could use for the time being, so I asked them to get me a new one that also I didn't get yet , more than a week passed. They don't provide home service also , have to travel far distance to get my scooter work done and have to spend the whole day or sometimes 5-6 days if there is a big issue

One of the worst after-sales services, I bought this bike and in less than a year the battery started giving issues batt...read moreery is getting charged to only 50% and when I went to check with the service center they also said that this bike has many problems and they now have stopped importing the bike because of the very poor bike and worst service provided by them, please don't buy this brand... they don't even reply to their channel partners for after-sales services...and in case you buy this brand you will be left out on your own to deal with it. I would say invest the same in some other good brands like chetak, ola, Ather 450 X
