eMAX 7 Key Highlights
Features: The BYD eMax 7 gets a 12.8-inch rotating infotainment system with Apple Carplay and Android Auto, wireless phone charger, a panoramic glass roof, panoramic glass roof, powered front seats with ventilation, 6-speaker audio system, keyless entry, and a powered tailgate. Safety is ensured by 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, a 360-degree camera, tyre pressure monitoring system and level-2 ADAS features.
Motor: The BYD eMax 7 gets two powertrain options- the base Premium variant gets a 55.4kWh battery pack which returns a claimed range of 420 km and the Superior variant comes with a 71.8kWh battery pack which offers an NEDC claimed range of 530 km. The smaller battery pack is mated to an electric motor which produces 163 PS and 310 Nm while the larger battery pack is offered with a more powerful 204 PS and 310 Nm e-motor. The electric MPV has fast charging capabilities and can support speeds up to 115 kW. In terms of dimensions, the BYD eMax 7 measures 4,710 mm in length, 1810 mm in width and 1690 mm in height. It sits on a wheelbase of 2,800mm.
Rivals: The BYD eMax 7 can be considered as an electric alternative to Toyota Innova Hycross and Maruti Suzuki Invicto.
Range: eMAX 7 can go upto 530 km/charge after a full charge.
Variants: The BYD eMax 7 is offered in two variants: Premium and Superior. The BYD eMax 7 comes with four colour options: Quartz Blue, Cosmos Black, Crystal White, and Harbour Grey.
