It's basically designed for city commute but i using it in hilly area of south india.Its range is ok after one year of use but one thing is if the cycle looses it's power it will be difficult to go even slightly uphill area even with gear.It's chain that i got was spur brand, Freewheel of shimano but advertisement initially showed shimano tourney.I
had 2000 km ride and chain is loose so hero lectro service center adviced me for replacement of chain and freewheel cost about rs 2500 not sure whether it's normal wear or due to adding non shimano chain on shimano free wheel.Due to use of cheap quality fuse for motor controller my cycle had short circuit but hero replaced it under important thing is maintaining fixed tyre pressure at please 65psi. ...Read More
