The seat of the ftr is quite comfortable, And the bike feels super smooth and swift while riding except when i go full throttle, That's when the bike feels a little wobbly.The fuel range and mileage of this bike is quite a bit of an issue, I really wish the fuel tank could have been bigger, And it would have better mileage.Overall this is a great b ike, A work of art.It's beautiful but it has it's own flaws as mentioned above. ...Read More

The new Indian FTR 1200 S price in India is Rs 15.99 lakh (ex-showroom). It’s basically a flat track motorcycle for road use and has been inspired from the Indian Scout FTR750 race bike. The FTR 1200 is available in three variants in India and we have tested the FTR 1200 S which is the mi-spec variant. The 2019 Indian FTR 1200 S is also the most powerful bike in the Americann brands portfolio and competes against the Harley-Davidson Fat Bob, Ducati Scrambler 1100 and the Triumph Scrambler 1200. It’s basically a mix between a scrambler and a streetbike. Powering the bike is a Indian Scout based 1203cc V-Twin motor that makes 120Nm of torque at 6000rpm and almost 125PS. It’s also the first Indian bike to get electronic aids such as 3 ride modes (Sport, Standard Rain), traction control, wheelie control & cruise control. The FTR 1200 S also features a touchscreen TFT screen which is a segment first feature along with LED headlight and taillight. Also for better ass centralisation the fuel tank has been placed under the saddle. The FTR 1200 S comes with Brembo brakes and Sachs fully adjustable suspension on both ends.
