It's ok for city commute. However the after sales service is not good from the company. I had to replace the battery after 20 months / 23000 km only and the company did not honour warranty. Had to pay for the replacement. If anyone owns this, I'll advise to visit eRickshaw spare parts market (in Delhi I get parts from Naiwala Karol bagh market). Yo u will get much cheaper spare parts from there, instead of getting the expensive parts from company. Also you can purchase battery from other lithium battery manufacturers with the same voltage (60V) and required capacity (the one which comes with the scooty is of 40Ah capacity). There are motor, controller, battery repair services available outside also. You just need to find one in your city.
