- Both the cars are good in their forte. Thar looks modern with tweaked styling and improved interiors. The drivetrain includes petrol, diesel and automatic options. 4x4 is standard. Washable interiors are a nice touch. The Thar's appeal and promise to take you on great adventures is a big draw but living with it every day will still ask you to make many compromises.
