Ducati Multistrada V2

Design: The Ducati Multistrada V2 continues with the same design which we have seen on other ADvs from the Italian marque. The only update on this model is the new livery, and the new Street Grey colour.

Features: Ducati has armed the ADV with 6-axis IMU-governed electronics, hill hold control, and a digital LCD instrument cluster. There’s also a more premium ‘S’ version which gets a TFT instrument cluster, cornering headlamps, backlit handlebar switches, cruise control, and a two-way quickshifter.

Engine: The Ducati Multistrada V2 is powered by the same 937cc Testastretta L-twin engine producing 113PS and 94Nm which is the same as the model it replaces. This ADV uses a fully-adjustable 48mm USD fork and monoshock setup for the standard variant, while the ‘S’ variant flaunts Ducati’s Skyhook electronic suspension. The Ducati Multistrada V2 features twin 320mm discs up front and a 265mm disc at the rear paired with Brembo callipers. It even continues with the 19/17-inch alloy wheel setup, with tubeless wire-spoke rims offered as an optional extra.

Rivals: The new Multistrada V2 takes on the likes of the BMW F 900 XR, and the Triumph Tiger 900 GT.

Variants: The Ducati Multistrada V2 is available in Standard and ‘S’ variants. While the bikes share the majority of their hardware, the ‘S’ variant sports more electronic and safety aids.
