CorsaVeloce Is this model of Intelli-Hybrid, already launched or is just a replacement for MicroHybrid or is this launch awaited?
Already launched.
CorsaVeloce If the vehicle is launched, it should be getting the benefit of Government subsidy promoting the Hybrid technology. Isn't it? So we have to wait to see if Mahindra is planning to pass it on to the customer. If did, many prople who is willing to upgrade to c segment sedan will have another option added to their shortlisted vehicles with budget.
Yes, the Intelli-hybrid equipped vehicles will get the benefit of the govt subsidy. Although I don't quite know how much exactly the subsidy is, that seems to have been offset by the cost of the tech that would have been added to the cost of the car- so effectively the price of the Scorpio remains the same even with the added technology and larger battery.

Still, the driver has to decide to make it run efficiently or not. The present SHVS in Maruti Suzuki comes into play only when the transmission is brought to Neutral and the clutch pedal released and this SHVS will be on for 180 seconds. How does this similar one in Mahindra function?

NikilSJ Will the tax exemption given by the Govt for Hybrid vehicles, apply for this too? In that case, will they pass it on to the customer just like MS did for their Ciaz and Ertiga models?
