Having same issue with my Honda Dio even on smooth roads with single ride. No amount of choking or self-start or kick start helps. Need to wait for 20-30 mins, then it starts. Have taken it thrice to authorised dealer where problem is not replicating, hence they are unable to find. I suspect, the petrol ratio is more which is causing flooding in the carburettor, once the excess oil drains off, it works. But no way to prove it.
