My monthly driving range would b around 800km which would cover town n some rough areas, So between new Baleno Zeta and new Swift ZXi+ Plus which one should I go for and why?

You should go swift ZXI+. Though both car has same engines but Baleno has the suspension stiffer then swift so it you cover rough road then the ride of Swift will be more comfortable,

Both these cars are not suitable for rough roads. That is one of the reasons I sold my swift. Better go with petrol versions of ford freestyle or tata nexon as per your budget and requirements
