There are no suspension adjustments available in D250 for seat heightground clearance. Also, 5' 3" will be a bit short for D250. However, if determined, you can still learn to master D250. It could be a bit tough at the beginning, but is not impossible. For reference, please look at most dual sportoffroad bikes sold by major motorcycle brands. Even for a 6 feet tall guy, having both the feet planted on ground is difficult. Does that stop from riding those bikes? NO! Go ahead and buy your bike of choice and master the machine!
