The 4th generation Honda Jazz has made its debut at the 2019 Tokyo Motor Show. The 2020 Jazz sports a brand new design that seems like a throwback to the first generation of the Jazz in India. The design isn’t just cleaner than the current generation’s but also looks less MPV like. This generation of the Jazz will also be available in cross hatch form i.e. the Crosstar which gets increased ground clearance, a unique front grille design, roof rails, a little body cladding and water resistant fabric seats.
The new Jazz also debuts Honda eHEV dual motor hybrid system, though, specifications haven’t been revealed and it’s unlikely that this version will make it to India. With sales in Japan starting in February 2020 and sales in Europe starting in mid-2020, expect the new Jazz to come to India around the end of 2020. The new Jazz’s interior also potentially previews the design we’ll get to see in the new Honda City.
