The Nissan Magnite is expected to be launched at a price of Rs 5.50 lakh - Rs 9.55 lakh ex-showroom. It will be offered with two petrol engines, including one that's turbo charged. Nissan will offer features like a digital instrument cluster, 8-inch touchscreen, 6 speaker JBL music system, wireless phone charger, LED headlights and more. The Magnite Turbo will be available with a 5-speed manual transmission as well as a CVT. The Magnite will fall into the same segment as several other cars including the Maruti Vitara Brezza, Ford EcoSport, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Toyota Urban Cruiser & Honda WR-V. Renault will offer its own alternative to the Magnite as well i.e. the Kiger.
