The news may not be met with as much excitement after the premature discontinuation of the 10th generation Honda Civic in India, but Honda has just unveiled the new generation of the popular sedan in the USA. This time around, Honda has hit the right nerve with the car’s styling by tastefully harking back to the designs of Honda sedans in the early 1990s.
The new Civic is also larger, yet, more rigid than before and continues to be offered with two 4 cylinder petrol engines. While the 11th gen Civic is no tech marvel, it leaves little to be desired, offering a 9-inch touchscreen, new 10.2-inch digital cluster, BOSE music system, sunroof, dual zone AC and more.
In our books, the new Civic is a very desirable car in its new generation but the prospect of a launch in India seems low. Until we get a clear picture of the Civic’s future in India, watch the video to learn all about it.
