KTM 250 Adventure India Launch is in November 2020
KTM 250 Adventure India price is Rs 2.48 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi)
KTM 250 Adventure mileage could be around 32kmpl
KTM 250 ADV is positioned between the RE Himalayan and the BMW G 310 GS
KTM India has launched the new 250 Adventure. While we expected the KTM 250 Adventure to make a Diwali 2020 debut, the launch has been delayed slightly. Better late than never though. The 250 ADV will be the most affordable KTM Adventure bike in India and will be positioned below the KTM 390 Adventure which was launched in 2019. That said, the 250 Adventure is around Rs 50,000 dearer than the Royal Enfield Himalayan. Even the larger and slightly more capable BMW G 310 GS, which received a massive price cut after BS6, is just Rs 35,000 dearer.
The KTM 250 ADV has similar styling to the 390 ADV, with the major difference being the halogen headlight and the LCD instrument console. The 250 ADV also misses out on Bluetooth connectivity, switch cubes, traction control, quickshifter and adjustable levers. Powering the KTM 250 Adventure is a 249cc motor rated at 30PS and 24Nm of torque. The ADV bike features a 6-speed gearbox.
Apart from the styling, the 250 ADV shares its frame, suspension and braking hardware with the KTM 390 Adventure. The KTM 250 Adventure will compete against the likes of the Royal Enfield Himalayan and the BMW G 310 GS.
